Tips For Training-

 

Always have a game plan before you go to the gym and always have a spotter. I recommend using these supplements: Advanced Whey Protein (year round), Creatine, Glutamine & Glucosamine.

 

 

Body Parts-

 

My favorite body part is my chest. This is my chest training routine:

 

Warm up - 3 sets of dips (using body weight only)

 

 

Incline Press - 3 sets using the pyramid format, as you increase the weight the repetitions decrease (begin with 10 reps)

Flat Bench Press - 3 sets

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes - 2 to 3 sets
