Services
Body Talk has over $300,000 worth of workout equipment. This including a free weight area of more than 5000 sq. feet and features machines by Hammer Strength, Body Masters, Ivanko, and Icarian to name a few.
Group fitness classes are held all during the week. Classes range from Pilates and Step aerobics to our Senior Program for our older members.
Our locker rooms are complete with over 100 lockers, carpeted floors, multiple showers, and saunas. Additionally, toiletries are available and both rooms are regularly maintained for cleanliness and your health.
