  • My desire for knowledge is exceeded only by my willingness to help others. My passion for fitness began with my personal struggle to loose 50 lbs, followed by my marriage to IFBB professional bodybuilder Jeffery “Box” Long. The boost in self-esteem and energy, from loosing the weight, propelled me into a career in fitness. Inspired by my husband’s dedication to fitness I learned that fitness is not a hobby but a lifestyle, which I have devoted myself to. My ability to develop innovative, personalized fitness and nutrition programs generates results and I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals!
